At our Chandler office most crowns are done in a single visit with the in-office CEREC system: digital scan (no goopy impressions), software design, and an in-house ceramic mill that produces the final crown in about 45 minutes while you wait. Total visit time runs 90–120 minutes — prep, scan, mill, cement, polish — and you leave with the permanent crown, not a temporary. About 80% of crown cases qualify for the same-day route; the other 20% (long-span bridges, certain back-tooth aesthetics, cases needing a lab-layered final) we still send to our lab partner, with the two-visit timeline and a well-fitting temporary in between. We don't push CEREC on cases where a lab crown is the better call — Dr. Annamareddy tells you straight which route fits your tooth. Cost gets quoted in writing before any prep begins and PPO coverage typically takes 50–80% of crown fees when the work is medically necessary; we verify benefits at booking. Snowbird patients with a short window in town: tell us at booking that you have a hard departure date and we'll prioritize the same-day route so the work finishes before you leave.

Can I really get a crown in one visit in Chandler? +

Should I get a bridge or an implant for a missing tooth? +
Both replace a missing tooth well; the right choice depends on the neighboring teeth, the jawbone, and your timeline.
